Pagosa Ski Rental needs to get one form per person (in the case of family reservations,  information may be combined but we need the information for each skier or boarder).  Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee of $10.00 per reservation to hold this reservation.  It is 100% applied toward your rental.  Thank you!
